2.    How to address a corrective action identified during an ISTA audit?
3.     What evidence should we provide to the ISTA auditors to demonstrate the corrective action taken and its effectiveness? 

The aim of our webinar is to explain the process as requested by the ISTA Accreditation standard in an easy and useful manner. 
 
The panellists will discuss the theoretical aspects but also, they are prepared to give you examples and practical advice on how to treat a non-conformity.
