International Rules for Seed Testing Edition 2010
Complete edition 2010 in two parts: Rules & Annexe to Chapter 7 (includes the 1.2.1 Amendments 2010)
ISTA's primary instrument in promoting uniformity in seed testing procedures in the 'International Rules for Seed Testing', which lays down detailed standard techniques and procedures. The publication includes 17 Chapters and Appendices describing principles and definitions in detail, assisted by many tables and the methods to be used.
The 'International Rules for Seed Testing' is designed for the principal crop species of the world, but apply in general, if not in detail, to any species of crop plant, even including those not mentioned in the text. The 'International Rules for Seed Testing' is approved and amended at ISTA Ordinary Meetings on the basis of advice tendered by the ISTA Technical Committees. The Edition 2010 includes the latest changes which were voted on at the ISTA Ordinary Meeting 2009, held at Zürich, Switzerland on 18 June. Additional information on seed testing can be found in various ISTA Handbooks, however, without having legal character. The 'International Rules for Seed Testing' includes the Annexe to Chapter 7.

This system enables ISTA to provide more flexibility, enabling faster updates and improvements of the Rules. Additional information on seed testing can be found in various ISTA Handbooks, however, without having legal character.
The 'International Rules for Seed Testing' includes the Annexe to Chapter 7. |
