Delivery - ISTA has no shipping department. The books are sent as parcel by postal mail. Postage prices depend on the weight of the parcel and its geographical destination.
Claims - Please allow enough time to elapse for postal delivery, before claiming non-receipt of publications.
Payment - Prices indicated for publications are net, postage is not included the publication price. Please pay only after receiving our invoice/quotation. All our invoices/quotations are issued and payable in Swiss Francs (CHF). If for any reason it is impossible for you to pay in Swiss Francs, please add the equivalent of CHF 15.00 for bank charges.
