Delivery - ISTA has no shipping department. The books are sent as parcel by postal mail. Postage prices depend on the weight of the parcel and its geographical destination.
Claims - Please allow enough time to elapse for postal delivery, before claiming non-receipt of publications.
Payment - Prices indicated for publications are net, postage is not included the publication price. Please pay only after receiving our invoice/quotation.
