Delivery - ISTA has no shipping department. The books are sent as parcel post by Surface or Air Mail. Please be sure to indicate on your order which you prefer, or request a proforma invoice with both options, so that you may make a decision based on the postage costs. (This depends on the parcel weight).
Claims - Please allow enough time to elapse for Surface Mail, before claiming non-receipt of publications.
Payment - Prices are net, postage is not included. To facilitate invoicing, please only pay after receiving our invoice. If in doubt, ask for a proforma invoice.
