Delivery - ISTA has no shipping department. The books are sent as parcel post by Surface or Air Mail. Please be sure to indicate on your order which you prefer, or request a proforma invoice with both options, so that you may make a decision based on the postage costs. (This depends on the parcel weight).
Claims - Please allow enough time to elapse for Surface Mail, before claiming non-receipt of publications.
Payment - Prices are net, postage is not included. To facilitate invoicing, please only pay after receiving our invoice. If in doubt, ask for a proforma invoice. All our invoices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Please pay in Swiss Francs. If for any Reason it is impossible for you to pay in Swiss Francs, please add the equivalent of CHF 15.00 for bank charges.
